We analyzed that both ILT and E-Learning have their advantages and limitations.  To bring the best training outcomes, organizations should assess their training needs and opt for a blended learning strategy rather than viewing them as competing methods. ILT is used for high-engagement topics and E-Learning is leveraged for scalability and flexibility.
